Weihua Zhang first put forward to make comprehensive planning for southwest Jiao tong university rail transit research center laboratory, experiment plant, experimental loop and construction preparation for April. Mr. Zhang put forward some constructive suggestions for the rail transit industry construction, and rail transit industry base construction. Expert He said Tang and Yuan Zhida will establish a working group in Yancheng, Jiangsu province, we will set out to do to Yancheng rail transit industry base project plan to state-owned assets supervision and administration, the national development and reform commission and other departments for examination and approval. We also will prepare the way for scientific research report. They all express their nice desire for the project.

Piling!” The deputy director of the government Zhihong Wu, director of the government in Shenzhen office, vice secretary of Yancheng city environmental protection science and technology departments, investment promotion bureau chief ,Erchang Cheng, director of national key laboratory of southwest Jiao tong university institute of Beijing Pengxiang Wang, southwest Jiao tong university of Shanghai institute of project department minister Hongxia Tong, deputy chief engineer, vice-minister Zhenhui Huang ,urban rail market, the second department vice minister Weiwei Liu, CNR group planning experts, vice presiding Honglian He and construction unit representatives attended the ceremony.
